it’s 36 Euros for a pre-sale ticket to Sigur Ros’s concert in Berlin on February 22nd of next year
and my brain is saying “Sarah you just spent this month’s fun money on a great trip to Hamburg, you can’t spend money on something five months in the future, especially when it also involves the costs of traveling from your dinky town to Berlin and you have no idea if you’re actually going to find a job in this silly foreign place and might even have terribly important obligations on February 22nd that you can’t possibly miss, even to go see the best band in your personal universe”
but the entire rest of me is screaming “NO NO NO DON’T LISTEN TO YOUR STUPID BRAIN BUY THE TICKET AND WALK TO BERLIN IF YOU HAVE TO”

…in retrospect, it is a damn good thing I wasn’t listening to Sigur Ros while I typed this or this decision would have been out of my hands entirely
